加速スチーマー装置の効果
加速スチーマー装置は、段頂に塗布された生糊を高温（120℃）の低圧蒸気によって半糊化されるため、熱盤温度を低く設定できますので、シートの出来上がり水分含有率は7％前後となり、反りに対して優しい。
例えばBF、ミニ段等は熱盤の蒸気を止めても50～60m/minで貼合できます。また、3層段ボールもすべてコーンスターチの糊で、７０～８０ｍ／ｍｉｎの速度で製造できます。
特にWF（A,B段、B,E段）の貼合速度は従来通り約３０％アップされます。

EFECTS OF JET STEAMER
“JET STEAMER”Generate half-gelenized of glue by high tempt & low pressure steam, therefore double facer can set low tempt.
At dry end, sheet moisture about 7% this figure is just fine to warp. In other hands, BF or EF can stop supply steam of double facer, still can paste at 50～60m/min.
Some more, triple wall also can paste 70～80m/min. with“JET STEAMER”Off-course we can promise of WF pasting speed 30% up compare without“JET STEAMER”
